Purpose:

Raise $350 to cover the costs of promoting a local charity event to benefit The Friendship club.

I am presenting a movie night showing the movie Finding Joe to our local community with all proceeds going to benefit The Friendship Club. The Friendship Club is a local charity that provides resources for at risk young girls.

Process:

To date I have sold 20 tickets, via social media and the posting of flyers locally. The  facility where we are showing the movie has capacity for 85.  The goal is to sell a minimum of  60 tickets in order to raise enough money to donate $500 to The Friendship Club.

I am able to secure print and radio advertising at a deep discount assist with other marketing efforts to sell the remaining tickets.
